1. In a client's Clinical and Assessment Section, click the plus button for Assessments
2. Fill out your custom "Assessment" name. It can be any title to help you organize the skills you'll create.
3. Click the plus sign for Domain, type in a domain to help you organize your skills, select Save
4. Click the + to add a Skill
5. Type in the Skill name, procedure, select data collection type, trial count, and save.
Important Note: The skills level procedure will automatically populate at the target level. You can also add a target specific procedure later to over-ride the skill level procedure. It might be helpful to think of the skill level procedure as a general procedure that will work for most targets, whereas the target level procedure is only necessary when you want to control specific teaching methods from target to target for your front-line staff.
6. Once you hit save, you can add targets under the skill. You can also add skills and target to existing Assessments and Domains in the programming section. See the image below as an example.
