The Functional Analysis Screening Tool (FAST) is designed to identify a number of factors that may influence the occurrence of problem behaviors. To learn more on how to complete this through the portal follow the steps below. 

Search for client. Then go to clinical --> assessment --> assessment tools --> FAST and click "New FAST".  

If a statement accurately describes the person's behavior problem, place a check next to it. Click "save" when done.

You can now edit, remove, or view graph. 

Select behavior to view its graph.
