To take advantage of the programming section, you will likely want to automate which targets or task analyses you're therapist are working on. You can have the portal move from one target to the next automatically by setting up priorities.
There are three possible use-cases for automatically moving new targets to the playlist.
Use-case 1: You want targets to open 1 by 1, or in small groups.
To do this, put the targets you'd like to automatically collect data on in sequential priority order. Make sure your first target is priority 1. As you meet mastery criteria, each subsequent target will automatically move to the playlist. You can also have more than one target open up next.
Use case 2: You want to work on a group of targets, before moving on to another group of targets or single target.
In the above image, Target Shoe will not move to playlist until BOTH Target Car and Cat are mastered. If target Sock was also priority 3, then they would both move to playlist once both Targets Car and Cat are mastered.
Use case 3: You always want to collect data on a set number of targets while working on a skill. For example, you always want to work on 2 targets per session.
To always work on a set number of targets, give them different priority numbers but have them on the playlist at the same time. If one of them becomes mastered, the next priority target will move to playlist. When you first set-up your playlist, make sure each target has a different priority number and that the number of targets you want to work on each session is in playlist. In the below example, the user wants to work on at least 2 targets per session.
