In System Management you can view and add various exit interviews. The information from each survey can be useful in providing feedback on why employees are leaving, what they liked about their employment and what areas of the company need improvement.  

Click "Add Exit Interview" to add exit interview by name, desired question, along with option to remove. 

Click "save" when finished.
