In this video and article we cover how to set mastery criteria at the company and individual level. 

Company Default settings:    

1. Click "System Management" --> "Playlist".  

2. Here you will be able to modify the playlist mastery criteria settings. 

3. Hover over the question marks to learn more. Make any changes needed and click "save". 

4. You can also view/edit maintenance mastery criteria settings. 

Client Specific Mastery Criteria: 

1. Click "Clients" and Search. 

2. Click "edit". 

3. Go to "clinical" --> "programming" --> "acquisition" --> "current". 

4. Scroll to desired program and click "view more info". 

5. A pop-up will appear. 

6. Fill out the playlist mastery criteria settings. Hover over the question marks to learn more. 

7. Fill out the maintenance mastery criteria settings. Hover over the question marks to learn more. 

8. Click "save".
