Aggregate data can be useful when you want to summarize how a session went. To learn more about creating graphs and entering data follow the steps in the video or article.

Aggregate Graphing:

1. Click "Clients" from the left hand menu. 



2. Search for client and click "edit".

 


3. Click "Clinical" --> "Aggregate Graphing" --> "Reduction" or "Acquisition". 



4. For this example we will choose reduction, but the following steps will be the same for both. 


5. This client has one reduction behavior already listed. Click on the image to view or edit graph details. A pop-up will appear. Make any changes if needed and click "update".



6. Click "Add New" to create graphs for other behaviors/programs. 

7. A pop-up will appear. Select behavior and click "Next". 



8. Select y-axis scale and click "Next". 



9. Type y-axis label and click "Next". 



10. Select x-axis scale and click "Next".


 

11. Type x-axis label and click "Done". 



12. Your new graph will now appear. Repeat these steps to create as many graphs as you need.  

Aggregate Data Input: 

1. Click "Aggregate Data Input". 


2. Choose "Reduction" or "Acquisition". 

3. For this example we will choose reduction, but the following steps will be the same for both. Select behavior/program from dropdown menu. 


 4. Fill in data information and click the blue plus icon.


5. To add multiple data points at once click the green plus icon. 

6. A pop-up will appear. Fill in data and click save.


7. The graphs are color coded. Reference the key above to see what type of data is being collected.

 


8. To edit or delete any data points, click the settings icon. 



9. A pop-up will appear. Make any changes needed and click "save". 



Repeat these steps as you continue to take data or add new programs in the future.
