In session settings you can customize the amount of minutes before a type of user will be logged out automatically due to inactivity. It is not suggested you allow users to keep the portal inactive for more than 30 minutes, but you can change the time to what suits each user and the company. To customize the time, follow the steps in the video and/or article below.

1. Click the dropdown menu by your username and then click "Session Settings".
2. Click "edit" next to each user role to determine how much idle time passes before the system logs them out.
3. Make any changes needed and click "save".
