After five or more attempts to log in to the portal using an incorrect username or password the individual will be locked out. In order to gain permission to use the portal the administrative account will either have to create a new password for the user or if they remember the password simply unlock them. To unlock a user you can follow the steps in the following varticle.  



1. Click the drop-down menu by your username and then click locked users. 



2. If there are any locked users you will see a list with the name of those who have been blocked and will have the option to unlock the user under Action.
