In order to use the notes section in a user's profile you must first create note topics. Below is a brief how-to article to demonstrate how you can create note topics.    



1. Select "System Management" from the left hand menu and then select "Notes Topics".

 


2. Notes are separated by user type and by note topic. Meaning, the note topics that will appear in the clinical section are dependent on the type of user. 



3. To add a note topic first choose a user type, then type the note topic and click "save". You can add as many note topics as needed. 


4. To make changes to a note click"edit". To delete a note click "remove". 




5. Now when you go to a users profile you can add notes under different topics.
