To manage when staff will receive notifications related to their billing, tasks, or credentials you can follow the steps in the following article.
1. Click "System Management" and "Notifications".
2. There are four types of notifications you will see listed: "Has not completed necessary tasks", "Has not completed their Human Resource tasks", "Authorization Report Due Date comes to the end", and"Has not turned in their billing for the week".
3. You can not create any additional notifications. However, you can manage the frequency and how the individual will receive the notification (i.e. email or portal message) by clicking "edit".
4. Here you will be able to customize the frequency, notification type, and message. Then click "save" when finished.
